Who we are and what we do
Medical Service is a Polish engineering and trading company based in Gliwice. For years we have specialised in supplying, financing and servicing medical equipment. We are a stable partner for more than 120 hospitals, public clinics and specialist practices across the country.
We deliver diagnostic solutions, with particular focus on ultrasound, X-ray imaging, endoscopy and operating theatre equipment. What sets us apart is a rare combination of financial flexibility and our own independent engineering facilities.

What makes our service different and genuinely lowers the cost of keeping equipment running?
- Cost-effective component repair: We do not stop at replacing whole modules. We diagnose and repair devices at the level of electronic components, which cuts service bills by tens of percent.
- Advanced ultrasound probe refurbishment: We restore standard probes as well as 3D and 4D probes: membrane replacement, crystal replacement and refilling of acoustic oil.
- Complete technical care: We carry out the periodic inspections required by law, with entries in the technical passport, and keep device software up to date.
- Warranty and continuity of work: Every repair carries a full 12-month warranty, and we provide replacement equipment during the repair so examinations are never cancelled.
- Extended warranty cover: Every device we supply, whether purchased, leased or rented, comes with up to 12 months of warranty, extendable to as much as 5 years.
